These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website Chapolala.com and the purchase of products through the website of SARL Misison MER.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Mission MER may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Mission MER reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
As a client, you dispose of 14 days as of the date of order to request cancellation of the order and total refund thereof to the bank account that has been used for payment of the order.
The cancellation does not apply to customized goods made to measure.
Acceptance of an order
After having placed an order, you will receive a confirmation thereof to the e-mail indicated when placing the order, containing all information relative to the order, such as the content of the order, its price and delivery timeframes.
Delivery
Shipping fee is calculated and applied automatically depending on the shipping country when placing an order. The goods are shipped within 2-30 days after placing the order, via Postal Service, to the address indicated by the Client. Chapolala is not responsible for all damage to the goods caused during transportation or any delay thereof. Shipping deadlines are only indicative, please, place an inquiry with your local postal service if you are encountering problems with delivery. Orders shipped outside France and EU might be subject to customs and import duties in compliance with the legislation of your country. The order shall be considered as terminated at the moment of reception of the parcel. The Client has the duty to verify integrity of the parcel before accepting it.
Returns Policy
Chapolala shall accept return of non-custom goods, within 14 days, if they have not been used, modified, washed or otherwise manipulated. The goods shall be returned in their original packing and with labels on. Chapolala shall not accept any goods without prior notification and consent of Chapolala. Return shall be made at risk and cost of the Client.
Nonetheless, custom made to measure goods shall not be subject to return or refund. Under the EU legislation, the list goods that cannot be returned and/or refunded is:
- Custom or made to measure items,
- Gift vouchers,
- Perishable items (e.g. food or flowers),
- Electronic downloads,
- Intime items,
- Discounted items.
SARL Mission MER will gladly Returns for Adjustments (look up "Return for Adjustments" listing) for a symbolic 1Eur + the established Shipping Fee. Prior contact of SARL Mission MER is mandatory and following precise return instrutions is required.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
