Each of the hat is custom made on your demand to your size. All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations are issued after you have made the purchase.
Nonetheless, it is still possible to return the hat for adjustments if you have ordered a hat in a wrong size. To do so, you will – after having received my instructions – use the listing “Return for adjustment”.
Fill in return blank that we would provide you on demand;
Fill in customs declaration (if applicable);
Proceed with return shipment;
Get the return shipping tracking No and Carrier;
Purchase the “Return for adjustment” listing by providing carrier information.
