Each of the hat is made to order and to measure. According to the General Sales Conditions, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are issued after you have made the purchase.

Nonetheless, it is still possible to return the hat for adjustments if a customer has ordered a hat in a wrong size, or needs any changes to the default design of the hat.

To do so, – after having received our instructions – purchase the listing “Return for adjustments”.

We ensure making changes for symbolic 10 Eur only + shipping, whereas the customer shall cover the return shipping cost pursuant to the General Sales Conditions.

Fill in return blank that we would provide you;

Fill in customs declaration (if applicable);

Proceed with the return shipment;

Communicate us the return shipping tracking No and Carrier.
